DIRECTV

B Sharp Systems participated in design and development of DIRECTV on DEMAND service. DTV on DEMAND offers access to thousands of movies, shows, music videos, sports, and more. The titles users select are downloaded to their HD DVRs and are available to watch whenever they want. Based on Linux OS and written in Java, on DEMAND service solved several technological problems such as concurrency, Internet speed vs. disk access time and others.
